I’m David Cao, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner providing telehealth psychiatric medication management for adults across California. I help young adults who feel anxious, overwhelmed, mentally drained, or stuck take the first step toward care in a calm, low-pressure, nonjudgmental space.
I have over 7 years of experience in mental health care and work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, overthinking, and related concerns. Many people I work with are trying to manage work, school, relationships, responsibilities, and their mental health all at once.
My goal is to make psychiatry feel less intimidating and more approachable. In our first few sessions, you can expect an unhurried conversation about your concerns, clear explanations of medication options, and a collaborative discussion of risks, benefits, and alternatives. I want you to feel heard, informed, and involved in your treatment decisions without feeling judged, rushed, or pressured.
20 year plus experience in varied mental health venues -- private office, inpatient and outpatient hospital settings, clinic-based case management.
Your story matters, Your healing matters. I'm here to support you
My passion for nursing started from a personal place. Watching someone I loved go through illness taught me how important it is to have someone who listens, shows compassion, and treats you like a whole person, not just a diagnosis.
I have been a nurse for 27years, with experience in mental health, intensive care, nursing leadership, and teaching. I earned my BSN from Loma Linda University, my Master’s degree from UCLA, and completed my Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner training through National University.
I have worked in psychiatric nursing, ICU care, nursing administration, and also served as a lead clinical instructor for mental health nursing at Mount Saint Mary’s University.
I understand that asking for help can feel uncomfortable or overwhelming. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, respected, and cared for,
I am Gina Feletar, a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 27 years of nursing experience, and a dedicated companion on your journey toward well-being. I am serving clients in both Arizona and California.
Healing begins when we see the whole person, not just the symptoms. My practice blends evidence-based care with a holistic perspective, creating space for healing that also honors your uniqueness. Beyond managing mental health conditions, my mission is to help you reclaim your strength, and rediscover hope rooted in wellness and purpose.
I am a PMHNP, dedicated to working collaboratively with all clients with medication or therapy to navigate challenges and achieve success.
