Hello I’m Christine Lam, a licensed clinical counselor based in California. I specialize in helping individuals better understand themselves, navigate life’s challenges, and create meaningful, lasting change. One phrase you’ll often hear me say in therapy is, “You are the expert on your own life.” By that, I mean that you bring the lived experiences, insights, and wisdom that come from being you. My role is not to tell you who you are or what you should do, but to serve as a collaborative guide - helping you make sense of your experiences, emotions, and patterns in a space free from judgment, expectations, or performance. My goal is to create an environment where you feel fully seen, understood, and welcomed exactly as you are.
Hi! I’m Dayna Adams, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and I have the privilege of working with individuals and families from all walks of life. Over the years, I’ve gained valuable experience helping people navigate challenges like anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, and stress. My focus is on providing the support and guidance you need to create lasting, positive change in your life. I’m passionate about creating a compassionate, collaborative space where you can explore your challenges and work toward meaningful solutions, all while feeling heard, understood, and empowered.
Hello! It takes courage to reach out for help and I am so glad you are here. I am passionate about supporting women, parents, children and families. I have worked at several outpatient clinics and schools in the past and I will guide you with compassion, no matter what season of life you may be in.
My name is Jaskirn Johal-Dhillon, and I am a bilingual mental health therapist who speaks both English and Punjabi. I received my Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from California State University, Fresno. I specialize in supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, attachment challenges in adulthood, and those seeking inner child healing. My work is grounded in the belief that early childhood experiences shape our internal blueprint, yet with increased self-awareness and compassionate therapeutic support, those patterns can be understood, healed, and transformed. I am passionate about working with people from diverse backgrounds and helping them reconnect with their authentic selves so they can lead the life they choose to live.
I am a firm believer, both personally and professionally, in the power of healing that comes through therapy. I am here to support and to guide you to better understand yourself, your wounds and your patterns in order for you to live an authentic, full life. I work with adults and seniors, drawing on years of experience as a social worker.
I have been practicing since 2000. I have worked in many healthcare and non-profit settings both while obtaining my education and in professional roles. I have a Doctor of Psychology degree in Clinical Psychology and have successfully treated many individuals, families and adolescents.
Growing up in Los Angeles most of my life therapy, social work, and mental health were taboo subjects. Similarly, within my Mexican culture being a Male I was expected to be strong and persevere through the trauma. However, the world doesn’t make it easy for today’s youth to succeed. But if I can do it, so can you! As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker I aim to reinforce your youth’s resilience to face their anxiety, depression, process their traumas, and more to help reach their goals.
Learn how to express yourself so that you are heard and understood by the ones you love. I work with families, couples, and individuals to break generational patterns that no longer serve them. We all deserve to be connected with ourselves, our children, and our loved ones and I hold a special place in my heart for co-parents who want to put their children first but can't figure out how to collaborate effectively. In collaboration, we create a safe space to connect and relate from intentional intimacy.
My approach draws on psychoanalytic thinking, which revolves on one central idea: much of what we think and feel remains outside of our awareness. Sometimes we keep powerful feelings hidden so we can continue moving through the day, or we simply cannot find time to reflect on everything that is happening to us. In any case, keeping these potent experiences hidden may leave us feeling stiff, dreary, unfulfilled, or even numb and dull.
I’ve dedicated much of my life to the mind body connection, holistic wellness and creating balance. I am fascinated by how small changes can make such a big impact on someone’s life. I work with individual clients.
